I have ridden the contacts for the last two years and I can tell you they are the best bindings I have ever ridden. Union's quality is seriously the best I have come across. The contacts are ridiculously comfortable, and I can say that they handle EVERY part of the mountain with ease. I highly recommend hem based on what you say you want.
