Beginner Snowboarding or Skiing? Which is best?

Skiing feels better as a beginner, though learning to snowboard is quicker--hurts more though.

Snowboarding takes more time to get the hang of, it exhausts you much faster due to the amount of times you fall over compared to skiing. Skiing is quicker to get the hang of though it's not are fun. I suggest if you've spent your money on a short time on the mountain then go for skiing because you'll be able to master the turns (probably) and then you'll be free to explore much of the mountain and make the most out of your time. But if you dont mind spending a lot of time on your bum much of your time repeating one green slope over and over (which can be very fun dont get me wrong) then go for that. hope this helps man, you'll love whatever number of planks you choose to ride on

A snowboarder will always saying snowboarding and a skier will always say skiing. I snowboard my self. I think really its about what you want to achieve in 2 days. Im not sure if you can learn to snowboard and hit the fun parts in such a short time. The same could be said for skiing but I wouldn't know as I have never tried. I think that snowboarding is more convenient than skiing as its easier to move around in the boots. Also there is less to carry. But then snowboards do not go up hills very well. My advise is to snowboard in those 2 days and then go for another 2 days and another 2 days (I think you get my point)

Snowboarding
