  Alright man first you need to figure out your riding style. Are you gonna be riding in the park(in other words jumping and doing rails) or strictly downhill, or a little of both. Park boards will be on the short end of this, downhill on the long end. Your size range is around 138-146. I wouldn't "fudge" on the size(any more than the range here) if I were you, it's a bigger deal than it might seem. As for other advice look at width and rocker type(camber=more pop, more "technical" control; rocker=more buttery feel, more flexible, better for jibs. There's a ton of different rocker types, they differ by the brand. You're gonna have to research this on your own.) hope this helps man
