Is it mandatory to ski while working as a ski lift operator at deer valley ski resort in Utah?

I was not financially able to bring my skis for the job moving here cause my, just wondering if you need to even ski and if its mandatory before I go out and buy a new pair.

going on average resorts you ma have to ski to incidents on lifts as they have safety juristiction of entire lift ways, you may have to ski down if at top station especialy in bad conditions when the lift closes and would want them for free skiing.
I doubt it is mandatory but if it doesn't have download capacity then you might have to ski down, if thats the case just buy a really cheap pair until you can get your good ones over
