If they are twin tip and you are buying for a long term use then 165 to 175 cm. As the other poster stated they ski short so you need a pair about as tall as you are.

I'm about your same size. I just got my first pair of twin tipped ski and I got a 158. Twin tips feel a little bit shorter than they actually are due to the turned up tip. I am still a beginner skier though so if you are more advanced you may want to go just a bit longer. I used this site to help me find the right size skis and they were great: www.geargenius.com
