    It often depends on the type of market you wish to attract, and the prices you offer. Judging from the description of the property and location, it doesn't seem like rent will be very high. Perhaps try advertising to prospective tenants looking for cheap and affordable accommodation, such as students, or recent graduates. You could maybe try posting up advertisements on noticeboards near or at university campuses (get the university's approval first). If not, you could also perhaps consult with the local council. I'm sure they would be willing to help. Social welfare services, who cater for low income earners may be able to point you in the direction of prospective tenants. Marketing is a business that can be very expensive. The trick is to be creative and not spend money. There are some good advice by some other posters such as craigslist. The easiest way to advertising/marketing on the cheap is find local websites that the local population frequent mostly. I know my city has it's own website similar to craigslist. Think of some clever wording, draw people in, take pictures, and develop a plan. I would stay away from littering on other people's property(vehicles) and look at local restaurants/gas stations and community boards for free places that you can post a poster/advertisement. A nice sign that's by the road with prices and pictures could do wonders. Good luck.
