What are the best email shared folder options - Grexit, Squadmail or others?

  • Looking for a way to streamline sharing things like press releases and other emails that need dealing with. The shared folder route seems a good way to go, does anyone have any recommendations? We use a large virtual team so Squadmail with unlimited collaborators seems a more affordable option that Grexit, but not as feature reach, especially when it comes to assigning tasks etc. Any feedback or anyone used either service or able to suggest any other alternatives? And how do these options play with iPhone?

You may want to try http://ccgenie.com It's not integrated in your mailbox, but you can simply send or forward any email to a collaborative space that any member can access. You can create notes, tag emails, attachments, and links.

GrexIt's shared labels play very well with iPhone, Outlook, Mail.app etc. They'll just show up as folders on these email clients. And if you play around with standard Gmail functionality of creating colored labels and assigning them to tasks (emails), together with shared labels/sub labels, you can also do task management quite effectively.
