You have answered your own question. You need visitors to make money. Forget about MONEY. Get more VISITORS. How? What makes you visit a site and stay there a bit? Hum, strange, isn't it? Something that you find interesting. Let's say your site was my site. So I say to you "Hey, Ea, have a look at my site . What do you think of it?" Well? It will take 1-2 years to make any PROGRESS, let alone any MONEY. And that's if your site is half decent. Sorry, mate, there's no easy route. Not that I know, anyway.

For starters you should have posted your website in this question. See how I did that. You might as well click on it and watch my music video. If your website does something interesting I would recommend finding people interested in that and friending hundreds of them on facebook. Everytime you have something new or exciting, post a link to it on facebook and make it sound exciting. That settles your traffic issue. Now for making money you can sell advertising or at the very least use google ad cents. This would have been easier if you provided a website link.
