If you register with google sitemaps you will be able to generate a sitemap where if anybody searches for that page or site it will rank higher sometimes come first and it is free. You can pay people to make a good sitemap for you, I make them for the company I work for or you can use this http://code.google.com/p/sitemap-generators/ although it won't be as effective.
