What's the best way to market your product in your own community?

This seems like a pretty small number of prospects - can't be more than a few dozen that are good candidates, right? My advice: put on a suit, shine the shoes, have biz cards and order forms ready, bring samples and drop-in in person. First if they seem busy, ask if there's a better time to stop by. Promise to take no more than 3 minutes - and you better follow thru on that. After you well-rehearsed, carefully structured 3 minute offer is done, ask if they'd like to hear more?
