If possible, go see a dermatologist. They can prescribe you a stronger topical medication, and it will control your acne more heavily than over the counter treatments. Sometimes they will even prescribe you a pill to take care of the bacteria causing the break outs, internally. Forewarned though- your skin will become extremely sensitive when using potent topical creams.
