  • Answer:

When you get hot, your cells swell a bit, this causes presuure on the Mast cells which release histamine which makes you itch. Simple really, you need to take anti-histamines. It does seems this undue itchiness due to heat is more common in ex eczema people (Atopy is the proper word) I would make a guess that the eczema just sensitized your mast cells. Try 90mg Fenofexadine twice a day to see if it helps. It could also be a skin mold, a member of your normal skin flora, that only become active in warmer weather. Here's a happy plus: Atopic people get less cancer according to a recent study in Germany. The thinking is that their immune system jumps on any cancergen before it can reproduce.
