If you are participating in an online program such as K12, you should be provided a diploma upon "graduation". Check with your college of choice and find out what requirements are needed from home schooled students as some will have different requirements than a public schooled student. Most colleges are more interested in your scores on their entrance exam than in a high school diploma. As far as college entrance, you would have to check with the schools that you are interested in to see what their requirements are for entrance for home school children.
