Can I homeschool my kids if I have a high school diploma from Penn Foster?

I do agree that you have to check on your current state regulations. when we were recently relocating, I studied through many of the states and you would be surprised at the various laws for home schooling your children. hslda.org has a list of each states regulations. As far as a home school association recognizing your diploma, I am not sure what you mean. It is the state requirements are what you need to find out. As far as can you? You need to make sure you are disciplined. You will probably experience many "changes" in the beginning as to how you teach, how you schedule, etc. Each individual family has to figure out what style best suits them in learning. I don't see why not. Check with the local laws on homeschoolng in your State, but I believe no state requires a teaching degree or college level.
