How do I get my Avatar to come back on my main Yahoo page?

I can't get to the yahoo avatar home page?

  You must create your own avatar using software on your computer or download one from one of the many avatar sites on the web. Keep the avatar small. The displayed avatar is 48x48 pixels and under 5k. A very large avatar may become distorted or blurry. I recommend keeping it square and under 100k. Yahoo no longer has a site to create one. It closed on 4/1/13. Profile visible if not already. Go to: http://profile.yahoo.com/y/settings/privacy/ and make sure the profile is not hidden. There is no reason to hide your profile. Nothing appears unless you enter it and turn a switch on. Either go to your Yahoo! Answers settings at http://answers.yahoo.com/my-activity/edit/about and click on "Update photo or avatar" or go to your Yahoo! Profile at http://profile.yahoo.com and click on the current avatar.
