Why is Yahoo Member Directory search not working again?

How can i let Yahoo know the member directory advance search is not working???

  In no particular way, unfortunately. They will not help or answer you. Or else, they will answer with a very vague reply that doesn't help. Currently, the Member Directory advanced search feature, over the last several days, is alternating between working some hours and then not. Strangely, also, when it is working it isn't picking up any 360 profiles, IM replies sent you seem to arrive backlogged, and usually frequent Spam e-mails to your Yahoo account arrive only in spurts. If they answer, Support will just tell you lamely that it's because people are setting their profiles to be invisible, you have to change your search criteria, etc. This is untrue and not the problem, because there are thousands of members some of whom are inadvertently on at a given time, or who have profiles that are accessible even if they're not online. Therefore, there shouldn't always be absolutely "0" return results. It has to be something on their end and it's just not working continually right at the moment. Hopefully, they'll fix it. It's frustrating when Yahoo doesn't update us about this, but that's how they do things and what they do.
