How do you change your 360 picture?

My icon for yahoo answers uses my OLD 360 picture. How do i change it to my new one?

I tried to make my answers picture different to my new 360 picture but it doesnt new that I changed and deleted the jack skellington picture.

I recommend not using it until the glitches are fixed. However, there is some lag time (1-2 days) sometimes when adding 360 pictures to Y/A anyway.
