How do I upload a video in my 360 yahoo?

What video formats are supported for embedding in 360 Blogs?

    You can only use videos from Yahoo! Video, YouTube, or Google Video. So, you'll have to upload the video to one of those sites first in order to do this. If not, it will fail. - Find the embed code for the video that you want to add. See http://www.youtube.com/sharing , for example. - Click on "My Blog" and create a new entry. - Type some text in the actual entry space as well, as it might not save. - Click the box next to "View HTML source" in the upper right of the entry space before adding code. - Copy the embed code and paste it into the space. - Click "Save" button and see if it appears. Click the box next to "View HTML source" to get back to regular view if necessary.
