Answer:
All you can do is report the question and answer you see when you see it. The same person or people post pretty much the same question and answer all the time. You'll get to recognize it. When you see it, report the answer or answers, then report the questioner. The faster they get reported, the faster they get deleted, the less payoff they get. Good luck!

I encourage you to use the report button with every question and answer. Give details on what is going on and the user name. Also state that the entire account is is violation, not just this question or answer. If you check the forum, you will see that Y!A also encourages users to report violation of the Community Guidelines (CG) and Terms of Service (TOS). If spammers don't get reported they just multiply.

Well I am doing what I can. I come here daily and find this stupid person who writes these and reports them. I was never a reporter before, but I am now. I already found 7 of them today. I can't believe Yahoo lets this go on. At least you are smart enough not to believe them.

Seija is exactly right. I have been doing this and some of the answers have already been deleted. Many of the people answering are the exact same people so you know it is a con game. Yahoo has some very strange procedures about this so it SOMETIMES requires multiple people to report and sometimes only one. Don't think that reporting is a waste of time just because the question doesn't immediately disappear. Reporting is like putting better locks on your doors and lights around your house. It doesn't stop burglars, but it makes it less easy for them so they will go elsewhere. Additional.... My sister posted an answer that said "this is a troll, report the question" or something like that. She got reported and got an e-mail saying her post was unacceptable!!! That is incredible, but Yahoo has a rule that you can't post an answer like that. The troll post stayed, but her post was deleted. I'm shocked.

If you suspect abusive behavior and it’s not apparent in their question or answer, email the answers team at [email protected] for further investigation (the missing e is intentional). Include links to the suspicious answers and also links to the users' profiles.
