Is it really impossible for a talented MBA graduate with an HR/marketing based profile to get a job in India?
-
My cousin sister who worked in aviation for 5 years did her MBA from SOIL Gurgaon and was one of the smartest students to come out of there. She has been looking for an off campus break after her first stint with an American company did not quite match her requirements but to no avail. I have smashed my brains hard to get her a break where she could best utilize her skills but seems HR jobs are slowly disappearing from the Indian landscape which in turn frustrates smart students who wish to make a fruitful career in HR.
