That would be resolved, since the answer is correct about the sliding retainer on the window crank, which is the main problem here. I've done this by pushing it off with a screwdriver, after pushing the whole door panel in. The speaker is easy to change, and the panel goes on well, as long as you drop it into the track and pull down at the top of the door near the window first. Similarly, you need to give it a sharp jerk up to remove, when you have all of the clips and screws freed.
