First, you will need a visa to get into the Schengen countries. If that's already taken care of, you do have to make sure those sites are legit. Sorry. I can't help with that...I doubt anyone on this site can. Isn't there something like the Better Business Bureau you can check with in the Philippines? Good luck with that.
