  I'm not going to Salou this year, but I do know the Negresco Princess. Its a 3 star hotel just a few steps from the sea front (rocky and sandy) so if you have a sea & pool view, it's well worth it. Typical of spanish holiday hotels, I'd say it's a very decent 3 star and compared to many 3 star hotels in the area it is of a superior standard. It has a quieter location, but this is a welcome break from Salou's busy and at times noisy town centre. The food gets decent reviews and the hotel is very clean. There is also family-style entertainment day and night and the bedrooms are functional, very clean and reasonably furnsihed in a modern style.
