Help! I have a webpage that keeps loading - 100's of tabs!?

Hi I keep getting the same "http://charlesblake.files.wordpress.com... opening up, doesnt matter which web browser you use it happens on them all. not found any problems scanning with norton and spyware doctor, no registry entry either. cant find any file with the txt entry in it but i noticed a cmd.exe process running every time a the page loaded so i changed the priority for my browser to low to slow down the page loading, then i set the default http program to notepad then i closed my web browser, and low and behold the web page stopped coming up but another box came up saying error sending command to program, also in the box is the name of the offending website. if you do this it is a temporary solution but dont close the error box cos if you do somehow your default http program will change back and the website will pop back up and you will have to start again. I am looking into a more permanent solution and i will report back when i find one cos its driving me nuts and it only started last nite. I hope this helps you for now.

That page returns 404 error !
