    All you do is go to your internet options, click the privacy tab, and slide the control bar to the top until it says block all cookies. However if you block all cookies you will be limited in what you can do online. I would recommend a lesser setting such as High, which blocks all cookies except verfified trusted cookies from reputable companies which have been extensively verified.
