You need training. Have a "good voice' is irrelevant to the craft. Just because I own a Stradivarius doesn't mean I can play the violin. You need acting ability. Remember, the key here is voice ACTING, not just reading a script. Even if you have a wonderful bass voice, no one will believe what you're saying if you don't come through as honest and genuine. Voice acting is telling a story. Forget about how your voice sounds and learn to tell the story. Get some training and a solid demo put together *when you're ready*.
