How old do you have to be to become a scene queen?

In the book macbeth what act, scene, and line does it prove that lady macbeth wants to become queen?

  It is in Act I sc V. Where she is reading the letter from her husband. (Macbeth). It can be inferred from the entire text of her soliloquy (and conversation with her husband) but the best reference therein is when she refers to Macbeth's Kingship, which of course, would make her Queen. i.e., Li 26-30 "Hie thee hither, that i may pour my spirits in thine ear, and chastise thee with the valour of my tongue all that impedes thee from the golden round which fate and metaphysical aid doth seem to have the crowned withal." (i.e., the "Golden Round" is the Crown, and the "metaphysical aid" is a reference to the prognostication by the 3 Witches ("Weird Sisters") that Macbeth had referenced in his letter to his wife.) THEN she goes on in Li 40-41 i.e., The raven himself is hoarse that croaks the fatal enterance of Duncan under my battlements." In the entirety of Act I sc V her intent can be clearly seen. In her desire for Macbeth to be King lies her desire to be Queen. In this scene is where she devises to murder Duncan so that Macbeth can have the throne. Reiterated in Li 62-71 in her response to Him. i.e., "O never shall sun that morrow see" .... and, "He that's coming must be provided for: and you shall put this night's great business into my dispatch which all our nights and days to come give solely sovereign sway and masterdom."
