Hey! So I've been having the same problem except with my emotions while acting. What I do, is just put everything in my mind on hold, and think about what I need to do while on that stage. And just get up there and act! Good luck! My best wishes:)

Well, I really think for one you need to make sure your not nervous, and to don't worry about what anyone says. You just need to get out there, and own the stage, like its yours! The more nervous you become, the more the audience would be able to see it. Also bring your actual emotions into it. Think about the charector your playing, think how they would be feeling in the situation, how would you feel and mix the feelings together! I hope this help, and I really wish you luck!
