the best agents are the one who give you training also. in my area i was referenced to a guy who does weekly classes on TV technique and if he thinks you're good enough he'll become your agent. the same with another local stage school. if they don't train you they're more likely to not work to get you auditions.

Well first you need to take some acting classes maybe be in a couple of plays or musicals then get a headshot send it to as many casting directors as you can a couple of good ones are S.A.G (Screen Actors Guild), Central Casting, and AFTRA (American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) by try looking for one in your area type the name in the name of your state and then what your looking for
