How do I retry a failed PayPal transaction?

I had a failed transaction with ebay but the transaction amount got debited from my account.What to do?

I faced this issue couple of times as i have internet connection issue (frequent disconnection of internet). Normally the process is wait for 48-72 hours, if transaction is failed, then amount will revert back to your bank account, if amount is not reversed back within 72 hours then write to ebay (email) with bank transaction entry (screenshot) and your transaction/0rder details.

What was Amount.....??? This problem is Serious & that's why Money Banking is not Safe........ You have to Contact the Nearest SBI......
