How are coupons used?

How can i save with coupons? sorry idk i never used before FTM?

  To be very honest, I've never had much luck with coupons. They tend to be mostly for products I don't use, (processed convenience foods) or for expensive brands where the cheaper and/or store brand is less costly, even when the coupon is calculated in. Focusing on "real" whole foods (fresh produce, meat) + store brands for such processed products as you need, and watching for store sales on other foods (ou can stock up on most non-perishable products (canned goods, pasta, rice, meat for the freezer) when they are on sale, and use them over the next few weeks/months) will probably save you far more money than clipping 2-3 coupons a week. I really NEVER use coupons, and almost never pay full price for anything. I just shop wisely.
