  • Well I usually play at 2 different fields, one has speedball and woodsball, while the other only has woodsball. To be honest I like speedball better. But I need a gun that can play ...show more

  • Answer:

A 'speedball' marker is just as good in the woods as it is on the air-field. Most speedball markers are electric because they allow variable fire modes for different tournament rules. Some may say that a speedball marker will short out if exposed to rain. It may, and it may not. Did you watch the PSP tournament in New Jersey? They played in the middle of the rain and they didn't pull out the Tippmanns! SHOCK! Get the Ion. It will let you stand head and shoulders above the guys with semi-auto Tippmanns. They're basically playing with rental markers. If I had to choose I would say the E-trigger is better than the response trigger. But any trigger that comes on a speedball gun is better than either of those.

don't do a tipmmann everyone has one and they are very cheap. go for a speed ball gun if you are more accurate so you compliment you accuracy with speed or a woodsgun if you are quick and need some help on accuracy. if you are good at both get a woodsball gun then get a double tap trigger for it. they are like 40 bucks most of the time.
