  Double pants, no. Way too much. That will start to affect your mobility as well as overheating you. Underarmour shirt is good. Tshirt is fine. Sweatshirt is fine as long as it isn't too hot. Don't wear bright colors like white or yellow or orange. Concealment is good and dark colors help. Along the way you'll probably ditch the sweatshirt because you'll find the paintballs don't hurt as bad as you think. You're better off enduring extra pain to stay cool. I sometimes play in just underarmour. ;-) If you're playing Rec-ball like most first timers do, bring a lot of water like 2-3 liters or maybe a full gallon. Don't get a canteen. It's not useful when you're playing because the games are usually short enough that you won't need to carry it with you. You will sweat a lot so keep drinking water. Water is best, Gatorade is okay, Soda-pop or anything with more sugar than Gatorade is BAD! You might also want to bring a snack like a granola bar or something in case you get hungry before lunch. Most paintball places don't serve food so you and your friends will either bring stuff or some parties order pizza. Extra paintballs can be carried in plastic flip-top canisters called 'pods'. Pods are normally carried around your waist in a 'pod-pack'. If this is your first time playing you can ask for one at the field. Usually you won't need it though because rental guns don't usually go through enough paint to need to refill in the middle of the game. Go have fun man!
