Skateboard specs. Please help?

    If you just started skating a wouldn't worry about the details so much. Just as long as you don't buy a deck from walmart you're fine. Go to your local skateshop and buy a blank deck. That's a perfect board for a beginner. If you want to buy a pro board buy one who's team riders you like. Support them. Me, for example, I like Chocolate boards and I support them. And I would get a 7.5 board for your age I'm guessing you have smaller feet. Trucks I would buy Tensors or Silvers. Destructos will last you forever though. Bearings doesn't really matter.

All of the top-name brands of decks are great quality, and just as a preference I like Element or the Flip HKD series, but you'll find the same build quality with almost any top-level brand (Birdhouse, Baker, Enjoi, Girl etc.). Pretty much all decks made by a certain brand will be the same quality, the only difference will be the width. These are usually 7.5", 7.75" or 8". I would recommend going for 7.75", as this is a good compromise between doing flip tricks and keeping stability. All lengths of decks should be around the same. I like Royal trucks but you may find a brand that you like through trial and error. Bones Lucky and Spitfire all make good bearings, and obviously the number relates to the speed (ie: Abec 7 is faster than Abec 5). You can get a blank deck (with no graphic) made by a good brand from some places (eg: Element Blank). This way the quality will be identical to that of any other pro deck, but the cost will be much less.
