    Spray mount - adhesive spray by 3M which does not wet or wrinkle paper and can be removed if required.

Mod Podge or just use clear Elmer's Glue mixed with alittle water to make a thin covering, spread and then use a wallpaper smoother to ease out the wrinkles. You can also use a water-based sealer if you wish. Good luck with your project.

Craft stores (Hobby Lobby and Michaels) have a whole host of crafting glues that will not soak through and wringle the paper.

You can use a product called PODGE to apply it to a backing before you mount it on the wall. You may want to move it so it's best not to goo/glue it right to the wall.
