I play Goalie and Striker/Right Wing. I am trying to get more power on my shot, what muscle should I work out? and what exercises can I do to increase my vertical for goalie?

dlop It is toe down, head down, and strike with the top of the foot. You want the ball to stay low and flat, not high and arched. After you get that down, then start on 'touch' and placement. The tendency is to toe punch it, or to raise your head, When you raise the head, the ball is sent skyward.... you end up sending it into the third tier of the stadium. Soccerref
