  What position do you play? Training workouts will differ for each position. But for general practice, I'd advise working on the simple things instead of things like tricks. So make sure you've got a good first touch, can pass accurately and are strong in the tackle. When you can do all this well you can completely change the game. As regards training schedule, I'd recommend a proper cardio workout at least 3-4 times a week to get back into shape. This doesn't have to be in a gym, it can be as simple as going for a 30 minute run. Also try and include some basic sprinting. One final tip, if you don't already, watch a lot of soccer. The better you 'know' the game, the better you'll play in a game, as you'll have a better understanding of when to run, when to pass etc. Hope I helped
