How to get sexy, toned, slim arms?

How can I (teen male) get a toned (i.e. Butt, Abs. Arms etc...) body from doing a home workout.?

  • Can anyone give me any ideas for a daily, home workout to get a toned body as described above. Preferably around 30 minutes long but 1hr max.. Cheers in advance :)
