Why do many people want to immigrate to USA?

People do immigrate to Europe, they're having problems with African, Slavic and Arab immigrants. The bottom line is life is better in first world countries.

The US is unique in many ways. Freedom of speech for example, there are many countries where speaking out against the government is a punishable offence whereas here in the US it’s odd to not hear people complaining. Some other things are the right to equal treatment or workers rights. Most people in the us don’t know how lucky they are to live the way they live. In Mexico for example, you can’t wear a hat if it has the national seal and colors, even if you are trying to be patriotic; whereas here in the us the American flag can be made into underwear lol.

Because America is the greatest country on Earth.

US rules! The World drools! Ask the UN members where they want to move the NY Headquarters to outside the US. They'll look at you like you have been eating hash brownies!

for our jobs, education and money

Don't know. Europe is a lot more socialistic and has a lot of benefits for everyone like free universal health care (the French outlive us by five years and Europeans in general four years) and it's pension plan benefits plus social security makes the rest of the world look like cheapskates. Nonetheless the taxes are astronomical especially in the Nordic countries. Speaking as a New Yorker to live in this country you have to be tough, resilent, clever, resourceful, and aggressive to live comfortably. If you are bright and talented there are more opportunties here in the USA.

Anyone can come here and make a living without living in a cardboard box like many do in some third world countries....Don't you see the mexicans on the corner looking for landscaping work...that can't only be in my town.
