Are you supposed to rinse your mouth after using listerine?

I don't think you're supposed to, I just keep spitting into a sink until most of the stuff is gone.

Thats something you have decide. i dont because i feel it works better, but some ppl cant stand the burn, so they rinse. Its your call.

i don't really think that it matters. i always do because i don't like that burning sensation. and sometimes the mouthwash is a little too overpowering, especiallly in the morning.

you aren't supposed to - you don't have to. but i do. i hate having that flavor in my mouth for hours and hours.
