We just did same webinar for 2 times, and are thinking of doing more..any experiences how often you should change webinar topic? Keep modifying it all the time, little by little or just focus on becoming better and better with the same webinar..and try to cover more people who didnt get to attend, didnt show up..or simply would want to attend the samew ebinar again?

Answer:
I would tell a story over a series of webinars. You could start with a webinar that presents an overview and then elaborate on each section in subsequent webinars. Another option is to create webinars for different stages in the buying cycle. Start with awareness content, such as a webinar discussing industry trends. Then present a case study. You might even demo your product, but focus more of your content on thought leadership. Invite those who attended previous webinars to attend each new one, so that you can build an audience and start to identify who is the most interested in what you do. Keep your audience engaged by building up a series of assets over several months. Offer all of the content on demand so that you can continue capturing registrations and obtaining views. This way you don't need to run the webinar again, you can just market it to new audiences. You can also send an email to everyone who registered but didn't attend alerting them that they can now view the recorded version (some webinar services send this email automatically). It's fine to reuse slides occasionally and even repeat presentations, but you'll gain more insight into who is the most interested in your company by capturing viewings across multiple webinars. I would avoid repeating a webinar more often than once a quarter and I would repackage content with a new twist or perspective before repeating it verbatim.

It really depends on what you're using your webinar program for. If it's for training, then having the same webinar with the same content over and over again might be a good cost effective approach. However, if you're using webinars for marketing purposesâfor generating leads and awareness for instanceâthen I would recommend creating new content as much as you possibly can. The newer the content is the more likely you are to draw in a new audience, which is important because you want to keep growing and nurturing your subscriber base (those people who register for your programs). Content creation is one of the more challenging jobs for marketers. If you're a smaller organization, a quarterly webinar series is a great way to start. Once you've gotten into the rhythm and are comfortable producing content on a more regular basis you can expand your program by 2, 4, 6, or 8 events. Ideally, you should be producing around 12 events a year.
