What is the best research topic?

Education Reform and Disruption: I am a research student and now I am brainstorming about my research title or problem, reading some articles and research papers but the problem is the idea is always changing and i cannot identify my research topic yet so, what should I do?

• first , I chose the competencies of school administrators as my research topic but actually, I do not like it so I kept my reading and became interested in education for all program but now I started to interested in the right of miniority groups in educations. So, I worry myself how I can  find out the right topic as I do not have too much time.

  You probably can't write about something like the competencies of school administrators; it's too scattered. The higher you go in education, the more focused a thesis has to be. Then you look for something you feel passionate about.  As a practical matter, can you tell the truth? I've gotten very cynical but I would say that public education in the US is a swamp of sophistry and disinformation. So there are dozens of wonderful things to write about. But telling the truth might hurt your career later on. However, if you are able to do objective research and tell the truth, here's a little video that  mentions some of the major obstacles to good education.  There might be some topics in here.
