    Yes there are people who might stare at you but you have to ignore those. As you are from Korea it means most of people consider you from North-East India. it means many will think that you are Indian

You safe everywhere in India if you just apply common sense. No offence. You must understand and respect culture here. Just yesterday I was reading some russian naval personnel were roaming naked on a beach and were drinking in public in India. Obviously they had no clue of Indian culture. So just be aware of things peculiar to India and you'll safe. Nobody is going to attack you in public. But if you're going to walk alone in a lonely street at midnight it may not be safe.
