    If you're a professional photographer I no longer know the meaning of the word. You might be able to "wing it" as fhotoace suggested but I'll not be betting on it.

You don't have the tools. Just do the interview without any images. They will get a good sense of the kind of photographer you are and how you may fit into their organization. Let them know of your experience with all the equipment they use there (I am assuming they have a 4x5 view camera, some medium format cameras and of course a 35mm system with compatible DSLR backs). I can not imagine having a camera that doesn't work. Get it repaired for petesake. I cannot imagine a professional photographer who has digital images that "stink", either. There should be no difference between your images made with film and the digital ones. All the photographic skills you have are completely transferable to making digital images. Professional books take years to compile and include at least three or four tear sheets of your published work. You cannot do that in 24 hours.
