Translation: The word srjami is significant herein. Srjämi cannot be used in the sense of creation, because, according to the previous verse, there is no creation of the Lordâs form or body, since all of the forms are eternally existent. Therefore, sajami means that the Lord manifests Himself as He is. Although the Lord appears on schedule, namely at the end of the Dvapara yuga of the twenty-eighth millennium of the seventh Manu in one day of Brahma, He has no obligation to adhere to such rules and regulations, because He is completely free to act in many ways at His will. He therefore appears by His own will whenever there is a predominance of irreligiosity and a disappearance of true religion. Principles of religion are laid down in the Vedas, and any discrepancy in the matter of properly executing the rules of the Vedas makes one irreligious. In the Bhägavatam it is stated that such principles are the laws of the Lord. Only the Lord can manufacture a system of religion. The Vedas are also accepted as originally spoken by the Lord Himself to Brahmä, from within his heart. Therefore, the principles of dharma, or religion, are the direct orders of the Supreme Personality of Godhead (dharmaa tu saknad bhagavatam praeetam). These principles are clearly indicated throughout the Bhagavad gita. The purpose of the Vedas is to establish such principles under the order of the Supreme Lord, and the Lord directly orders, at the end of the Gita, that the highest principle of religion is to surrender unto Him only, and nothing more. The Vedic principles push one towards complete surrender unto Him; and whenever such principles are disturbed by the demoniac, the Lord appears. From the Bhagavatam we understand that Lord Buddha is the incarnation of Krishna who appeared when materialism was rampant and materialists were using the pretext of the authority of the Vedas. Although there are certain restrictive rules and regulations regarding animal sacrifice for particular purposes in the Vedas, people of demonic tendency still took to animal sacrifice without reference to the Vedic principles. Lord Buddha appeared to stop this nonsense and to establish the Vedic principles of nonviolence. Therefore each and every avatära, or incarnation of the Lord, has a particular mission, and they are all described in the revealed scriptures. No one should be accepted as an avatära unless he is referred to by scriptures. It is not a fact that the Lord appears only on Indian soil. He can manifest Himself anywhere and everywhere, and whenever He desires to appear. In each and every incarnation, He speaks as much about religion as can be understood by the particular people under their particular circumstances. But the mission is the sameâto lead people to God consciousness and obedience to the principles of religion. Sometimes He descends personally, and sometimes He sends His bona fide representative in the form of His son, or servant, or Himself in some disguised form. The principles of the Bhagavad-Gita were spoken to Arjuna, and, for that matter, to other highly elevated persons, because he was highly advanced compared to ordinary persons in other parts of the world. Two plus two equals four is a mathematical principle that is true in the beginnerâs arithmetic class and in the advanced class as well. Still, there are higher and lower mathematics. In all incarnations of the Lord, therefore, the same principles are taught, but they appear to be higher and lower in varied circumstances. The higher principles of religion begin with the acceptance of the four orders and the four statuses of social life. The whole purpose of the mission of incarnations is to arouse Krishna consciousness everywhere. Such consciousness is manifest and nonmanifest only under different circumstances.

Indians always believe in Dharma sansthapanarthaya .............as Dharma along with ahimsa ........can destruct the negativity / Adharma in any form form............it is not that easy to say in words ,but being in action with his speech.....if any person follows this discipline.........was the roots he learnt from great grand indian rishis writings whether it might be any dharmic teaching/book..........the roots of it teaches the same to make people understand by their way of living of actions /wordings in the form of vedas,or any thing .................as whole universe maintains equilibrium with good and bad.............but when adharma imbalances the universe ,dharma has to take rule to maintain equilibrium......... if we try to maintain our body in all types of actions in cool method ,there would be the laws which govern the universe with good and bad............it happens in every yuga.......

These verses means :-Whenever there comes the degradation ( Glani ) of Dharma in Bharata ( not Only India but the Universe(s) ), and the Adhama arise, then I come ( this 'come' is told here for simplicity by me, actually its manifest. ). To rescue the Good and demolish the Bad, to establish the Dharma, I come in each era.

When a system at equilibrium is subjected to change in concentration, temperature, volume, or pressure, then the system readjusts itself to (partially) counteract the effect of the applied change and a new equilibrium is established. This is the famous Le Chatlier's principle. Now please read the Sloka- yada yadahi. These seem to be alike. Most of us think that the Sloka mentions the God. In my perspective, God is the name given to the system we live in. A system always want to be in equilibrium. If we believe that we all belong to the system, whenever there is a change in the system, it counteracts to reestablish the equilibrium. For the common people to understand, stories and personified characters are necessary. So lord Krishna explained this universal truth in that simplest way. So, those who believe that God exists, they shall believe that he will come and re establish the equilibrium. The others shall believe that an opposite action in some way occurs and thus the equilibrium is established. This principle is applicable to any field. LeChatlier proposed his theory based on his studies on Chemistry Many other scientists proposed similar theories in their fields of work. Whenever there is change in voltage across the terminals of a capacitor, the capacitor recharges/discharges inorder to oppose the change. Transliteration: Lord Krishna through this shloka verse makes clear... whenever there was degeneration of moral values, coming of an avatar (God manifest in human form) was mandated by God Almighty. Such a stage primarily occurred at the end of a Kali Yuga. Lord Krishna came in Dwapar Yuga when strife, tribulation plagued the society. All chances of returning to normal fold of life were practically non-existent. To re-establish dharma (righteousness) coming of an avatar of era was ordained by god. Explanation: The hidden underlying meaning behind the above shloka verse was apparently clear. At any given moment of time human beings indulged in both positive and negative thoughts. Sometimes loaded by a bloated ego human beings stooped so low that it becomes difficult to distinguish humans from animals. At this time... our soul atman, the spirit within activates self and prompts from within to travel right path. Mounted with power of discrimination we could easily distinguish right from wrong. It was purely unto us to indulge in positivity or negativity. Invoking godly thoughts we succeed in overpowering negative thrust of ego (Aham in Hinduism). Those empowered by ego became a victim of worldly life. The seed of divinity always lay within us in form of our soul atman, the consciousness within existing in our heart. To choose or not to choose was our sole prerogative. The saintly people powered by dharma always chose right path while those indulging in vice travelled path prompted by Satan. At any stage of life human beings had nothing to fear. As per Lord Krishna God Almighty existed in us in miniscule form as our soul atman, the spirit within to guide us on right path all the time!
