You must have a job and the employer willing to sponsor your wroking visa, otherwise it's better that you leave Hong Kong as soon as possible than being captured and deported. It's not to your interest to just hide and work as an illegal alien, you'll likely get exploited and not paid for the job as happened to all illegal immigrants around the world. Hong Kong can be a very expensive place to stay without job, my advice find a employer or else go home.
