If I draw a TV Character and sell it as a print, is that illegal?

You are breaking copyright laws -- which is actually a tort rather than a crime though that is certainly no excuse. You can draw a character who looks something like a tv character but if you do the character you need their permission.

Yes illegal I would say, your just taking their design and coping it... And selling it to make your own money... Try thinking of your own character or change a bit of them so there not the same
