  You have to look online for a suitable job opening. Google for "banking jobs in Dubai" and you'll come across of all kind of recruitment agencies. Avoid any agency asking for money. Regarding UAE Labour Law all hiring costs (recruitment agency, Airfare, visa, etc) have to be paid by the employer only. Please don't get your hopes up to high in case you are a regular bank employee only. Westeners are mostly hired for higher positions unless they get hired locally. It's cheaper to hire an educated Asian who is satisfied with a thrid of the salary that you may expect. In case you are working in a bank right now, contact colleques working in departments where they have international contacts (e.g. Investigation Dept., FX settlements, etc.). They could ask people working in Dubai if a vacancy exists. Alternatively you can contact banks directly and search the Appointments in the daily, e.g. Gulfnews.com. Don't concentrate on Dubai only. Ever heard about Abu Dhabi?:) Good luck. Btw: after doing your homework you may decide to stay with your current job:)
