Please don't use France Télécom/Orange. They are really expensive: you have to pay activation/deactivation, monthly subscription (about €15 even if you don't send any call!!!!!). Instead, use an Internet service provider. The cheapest for you is Free. The price is €29.90/month for activation, broadband, AND national and international calls :D
