You missed it this year. I would suggest getting in touch with Karl Lagerfeld, Tom Ford, or someone of that nature. Other than that, you don't stand a chance of getting more than a passing glance. Its held in Jardin Tuileries, so you could check out the tents, etc but no tickets will be available.
